Ticket Conditions of Sale

This ticket is issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the performance or event to which it relates (the "Event") and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, together with all other statements terms or directives shown on the ticket and on the website www.inbounduk.org. Person(s) attending the Event (the "Customer(s)") should note that tickets for Event at The Rum Warehouse Conference Centre, Stanley Dock, Liverpool (the "Venue") are sold by Ph. Creative Limited, a company incorporated in England with registered number 588310 (VAT number GB 841 9407 21) and having its registered office at 1st Floor, 24 Queen Insurance Buildings, Liverpool, L2 4TZ (Ph) as agent for the organisation responsible for the Event (the "Event Promoter"). Ticket Issues

Please take special care of your tickets as tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets cannot be returned after purchase, unless the Event is cancelled or if there is a significant change to the keynote speaker. 

The tickets purchased are for Customers own personal use and may not be transferred or resold to any other person or body under any circumstances or used as part of any promotion or competition or for commercial gain. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or other breach of this term) Ph reserves the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect and refuse admission to Customers using that ticket. 

For the Event, to enter the Venue on the date of the Event, each original purchaser and any person accompanying him/her to the Event must be present at the Venue. 

For the Event the original purchaser may be asked to present the receipt from PayPal for the purchase along with their tickets in order to gain entry to the Venue. Failure to present the receipt may cause Customers to be refused entry to the Event. No name changes or letters of authorisation will be accepted under any circumstances. 

If the Event is moved to another date, Ph as agent for the Event Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify all Customers who purchased tickets from Ph by email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of order) and will advise on the validity of the tickets for the rescheduled Event. Tickets will usually remain valid and refund requests will usually be accepted up until 1 week prior to the revised date, or 3 days after notification of the change (whichever is the later) unless otherwise notified, as instructed by the Event Promoter. In the event of a date change at short notice (within 1 week of the Event) Ph as agent for the Event Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify Customers who purchased tickets from  Ph of the conditions that apply and if these are not acceptable, offer a refund as instructed by the Event Promoter. 

Please check before travelling that an Event has not been cancelled or rescheduled. 

If the tickets are returned to Ph as “addressee unknown”, the Event Promoter reserves the right to cancel the order. 

Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt. 

A ticket is valid for one admission for the Event only. 

Admission restrictions

The management of and/or a party appointed by Ph (the Management) reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Venue any Customer acting in a way which, in the opinion of the Management is or may be undesirable, inappropriate, harmful, offensive, obscene or illegal or may cause a breach of the peace. Customers may also be refused entry or ejected from the Venue on account of being (or appearing to be) abusive, threatening, drunken, declining to be searched, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, adversely affecting other people’s enjoyment of the Event, throwing any object or substance onto the performing area or otherwise in the Venue, standing on seats or in any walkways, climbing fencing (or any other structure) or smoking. Please note that this list is non-exhaustive.

No refunds or compensation of any kind will be offered to Customers who are refused entry or removed from the Venue. 

There is no readmission once Customers have left the Venue, unless advised otherwise at the absolute discretion of Ph and/or the Management. 

No food or drink items are to be taken into the Venue. Only food and drink from authorised vendors in the Venue may be consumed in the Venue. 

No video or audio recording equipment are permitted in the Venue without the express permission of Ph and the Event Promoter. 

Latecomers will only be admitted into the Venue at a suitable break in the performance and/or at the discretion of the Management. 

Official merchandising shall only be on sale in areas designated and/or licensed by Ph.


Subject to the following paragraph, all property brought on to the Venue is brought at the Customer's risk and Ph shall not in any way be responsible for any theft, loss or other damage in respect of such property. 

Neither Ph nor the Event Promoter will be responsible for any loss or, damage, death or injury howsoever caused (other than death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Ph or the Event Promoter) unless Ph or the Event Promoter as the case may be has breached its legal obligations and such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of such breach. 

Subject to the foregoing, with regard to personal property, brought to the Venue, the liability of the relevant party shall be limited to the reasonable cost of either repairing or replacing such personal property, subject to fair wear and tear.


Customer details are managed in accordance with Ph’s data protection policy a copy of which can be obtained from Ph at its registered office.

As filming and recording which has been authorised by Ph may be carried out at the Venue from time to time the Customer consents to being included in such films and recordings and the use, reproduction, storage, distribution and broadcasting of such films and recordings (including any copies made) by Ph  without payment or notice. 

The laws of England and Wales will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms and Conditions and any matters arising therefrom.
