Gary Vaynerchuk is a New York Times bestselling author, social media thought leader and entrepreneur. His career began with the seven lemonade stands that he set up at the age of 8. In 1997, at the age of 22, he started working for his family’s business, Shopper’s Discount Liquors, which he rebranded as Wine Library and launched a retail website, boosting its revenue from $4 million to $60 million.
An inspiring and electric speaker, he now educates others globally on taking advantage of the opportunities that social media presents. His latest book, Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook, was published in November 2013.
Bryan Adams is the CEO and Founder of the award-winning inbound marketing consultancy Ph.Creative. The company specialises in design, SEO, social media, video and digital strategy and has worked with the likes of Dulux Decorator Centres, Michelin and Google. Bryan leads Ph.Creative in delivering tangible results for business through the creation of contagious content.

Dominic Burch is head of social for Asda, having deliberately dropped the word 'media' from his title in the middle of 2013. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) social media panel and a contributing author to Share This Too - a social media guide for PR professionals published by Wiley in May 2013.

Andy joined Google in 2005 and manages the Northern agency relationships from the Google office based in Manchester. He is responsible for building and retaining key agency relationships within the Northern region and advises agencies on how best to grow strategic advertising revenue through Google's full suite of advertising platforms. He re-located from London where he worked for Carlton TV, AdLink and handbag.com.
Steven Woodgate is a Social Media Manager at Microsoft who is responsible for providing the best customer experience to many different audiences. He graduated with a Masters with distinction in Public Relations in 2012, specialising in perception change and reputation management.
His dissertation ‘Tweeters, Twits or Twats: UK sport stars’ use of social media and issues surrounding reputation management’ achieved top marks and was published across many websites and publications. At IMUK14, Steven talked about social disruption and how it is the key to businesses becoming sustainable.
'Google' Dave is a highly experienced director and master of all things Google. He has experience across a wide range of industry sectors, including recruitment and insurance, and he specialises in SEO, PPC, CRO and Social media. Dave currently works to deliver business-focused and remarkable results for leading brands such as Dulux Decorator Centres, Nationwide Building Society and Tesco Opticians. He also regularly speaks on best practice digital strategies on behalf of Google and keynotes at various sector conferences and exhibitions.
John leads the marketing for Adobe Marketing Cloud in Europe and is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of Adobe’s key focus growth market, digital marketing. He has over 20 years in enterprise technology, SaaS and eCommerce marketing, including regional roles at Oracle, SAP, Ariba and Microsoft, and global roles at Expedia Affiliate Network, Cramer and ShipServ.
He was voted one of TopRank's Top UK Online Marketing Influencers as well as B2B Marketing Magazine's Marketer of the Year. John also has a track record of innovating marketing teams - shifting from traditional/offline outbound marketing to online/conversational inbound marketing - and increasing efficiencies in acquisition and lead conversion - expertise he shared at IMUK14.
Stuart is the social media manager for globally-recognised charity and high street brand Oxfam, managing a community of over 800,000 fans across nine social platforms and developing Oxfam's overall social media strategy. He has been working in social media in various capacities for the last six years at Oxfam, ActionAid and the Disasters Emergency Committee, running social media-focused events and field trips, multimedia exhibitions and a wide range of social content across the board.
Kieran Flanagan is Marketing Director at HubSpot, a marketing software company, where he leads the company's marketing strategy in the EMEA. Kieran is an experienced Inbound Marketer, conference speaker and writer with experience working for brands across in both the B2C and B2B space. He also previously worked for Marketo and Salesforce, where he launched their #socialsuccess site in the UK, which reached its annual traffic target in 6 weeks. Prior to Salesforce.com, Kieran worked as Head of Search for a leading Irish digital agency, where he won Gold in the UK DMA's for best search marketing campaign.
Mike Southon; entrepreneur, mentor and best-selling business author, was facilitator for the IMUK14 conference. After building and selling his own company in the 1980’s, Mike has gone on to work with multiple start-up businesses and has provided face-to-face mentoring to over 1,000 budding entrepreneurs.
An experienced business speaker, Mike speaks at over 100 business events every year and is currently engaged as the Business Ambassador and Entrepreneur Mentor for the City of Liverpool. He has worked with some of the world’s most notable business figures including Sir Richard Branson, Karren Brady and Lord Digby Jones and is the author of the wildly successful, best-selling The Beermat Entrepreneur.
